On December 10th, 2019, Quality Inspection Department of Phoenix Art Materials Import & Export Co., Ltd. and Technology Department of the Headquarters were merged into Phoenix Art Materials “R&D and Design Center”, which is responsible for canvas coating research and development, product design, color research and development, production automation and etc. Presently, the Center has 12 professional talents with college degree or above, they graduated from Southeast University, Nanjing Forestry University, Northeast Normal University or foreign universities; main person in charge have titles of production management engineer and quality management engineer and over 25 years of experiences in the field of wood machinery processing.

As early as in 2006, Phoenix Art Materials initiatively set company standards for canvas and frame in accordance with the requirements in relevant standardization laws and regulations, and such standards have been generally recognized by its European and American clients. In 2007, the Company participated in setting the first national canvas and frame industry standards for art material industry together with China National Light Industry Council and other relevant industry organizations. Its Quality Inspection Department and Technology Department have gradually developed effective quality management system, new product, equipment and process R&D system and internal evaluation system through their respective practices.
