Wuxi Artfil Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. mainly engages in art education, art research and learning, fine arts training for college entrance examination and international foundation of Sheffield Hallam University; it sets four education sections: Phoenix Art Park, Phoenix Art Exam, Phoenix Research and Learning and International Foundation; it fully promotes students’ art learning and development, and builds a complete art talent stairs from children to artists.

In 2014, East China Education Base of National Academy of Italy was established.
In 2014, the plaque of “National Youth Art Education & Quality Development Base” was granted by China Arts Education Federation.
In 2014, cooperated with Jiangsu Xishan Senior High School and established “Phoenix High-end Fine Arts Class”.
In 2014, the plaque of “Xingzhi School – Wuxi Social Practice Base for Primary and Secondary Students” was granted by Wuxi Municipal Civilization Office and Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Education.
In 2014, became East China Base for Beijing “Touch Nature” International School.
In 2014, the plaque of “National Art Classroom & Fine Arts Teaching and Research Base for Primary and Secondary Students” was granted by Organizing Committee of National Art Education Seminar.
In 2014, the plaque of “Designated Institution for National Fine Arts Level Exams” was granted by Art Development Center of Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China.
In 2015, became Off-campus Social Practice Base for Primary and Secondary Students.
In 2016, cooperated with primary schools in Wuxi City to research and develop fine arts material sets for fine arts classes in primary schools.
In 2016, cooperated with Binhu District Education Bureau and held Professional Seminar on Fine Arts Teachers from Primary and Secondary Schools in Binhu District.
In 2017, the plaque of “Top 10 Training Institution in Wuxi City” was granted by Wuxi Education TV Station.
In 2018, cooperated with Binhu District Education Bureau and held “Phoenix Cup” Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In 2019, the plaque of “Wuxi Calligraphy and Painting Level Exam Base” was hung.

Children Art focuses on both creative and professional fine arts learning and development of 3~16 children, adopts international art education concepts, improves children’s artistic accomplishments and explores their artistic potentials. Courses are designed to encourage children to see the world with their eyes and express through diversified artistic forms, to respect their free expressions during painting, to cultivate and improve their professional painting techniques, and to provide a full-age art learning platform.
