The second is to fully understand and respect the regularity of the development of cultural industry. There is a lot of room for innovation and improvement in how Wuxi excavates the urban cultural connotation, innovates the expression of cultural tourism, and constructs the classic cultural tourism product system with local cultural connotation. Third, we should have the courage to take on the responsibility, be determined to innovate, and work hard. It is necessary to strengthen the support and investment for small, medium and micro cultural enterprises, especially private cultural enterprises, and encourage and guide the people to gradually form values on cultural consumption. Only in this way can Wuxi’s cultural industry develop better and faster with high quality. He also expressed his hope that Wuxi will be a city full of cultural charm in the future.
In recent years, a "cultural and creative" craze has sprung up. To this end, member Chen Weihong believes that cultural and creative products are popular precisely because they link culture and people’s life. “Practicality is the most important. It must be related to the life scene of the citizens to have vitality” said Chen Weihong. But at present, there are still blocks in the development of local cultural and creative projects, first of all, it is not clear about the history, culture and public needs. Secondly, according to the regulations on museums, many museums are unable to sell cultural and creative products, and the relevant supporting policies have not kept up with them, and the awareness and brand degree are not enough.
