On February 15, 2019, the City's Human Resources and Social Security Work Conference was held, and the city's human resources and Social Security Bureau officially announced and commended Wuxi's labor security integrity enterprises in 2018. A total of 100 enterprises in the city were rated as "Wuxi labor security integrity enterprises", and Wuxi Phoenix Artist Material was on the list.

In order to promote honest and trustworthy labor relations and enhance employers' awareness of labor security integrity, Wuxi Labor and Social Security Bureau has assessed 100 enterprises in the whole city (including Jiangyin district and Yixing district) as "Wuxi labor security integrity enterprises" in 2018.
