On November 30, 2018, the Enterprise Cloud Service Sharing Conference with the theme of "focusing on the core competition of data and helping enterprises use the cloud intelligently" was held at the headquarters of Phoenix Artist Material. The conference was guided by Wuxi Economic and Information Commission, Wuxi Association for science and technology, and Binhu District Bureau of Economic and Information Technology, and organized by Wuxi Enterprise Innovation Service Association and Wuxi Phoenix Artist Material. In this event, Wuxi Phoenix Artist Material and Wuxi Branch of Kingdee software (China) Co., Ltd., two famous cloud companies in China, are invited to talk about the application achievements of enterprise intelligent cloud. Liu Huamin, director of Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Wuxi economic and Information Technology Commission, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Mr. Ding Jianhui, financial director of Phoenix Artist Material, shared the application results of Phoenix Artist Material’s Intelligent Cloud.
Liu Huamin, director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Wuxi Municipal Commission of economy and information technology, pointed out that governments at all levels attach great importance to enterprise cloud, and the Ministry of industry and information technology and all provinces have formulated Enterprise Cloud plans. Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology proposed that by the end of 2020, 10 industrial cloud platforms with certain influence in China and 50 provincial demonstration industrial cloud platforms will be built in Jiangsu Province. The number of new cloud enterprises has reached 100000, and 200 five-star, 1000 four-star and 5000 three-star "clouded" enterprises have been created; cultivate more than 20 cloud application service providers with domestic first-class level; build 100 industrial Internet benchmark enterprises. Focus on the implementation of industrial cloud platform, star-cloud enterprises, cloud service system, Internet of Things manufacturing and other plans to promote the manufacturing industry of our province to move towards the middle and high end.
In order to implement the enterprise cloud plan of Jiangsu Province, Wuxi Economic and Information Commission also proposed that 3000 new “clouded” enterprises will be added in 2018. So far, Wuxi has established 19 provincial three-star or above cloud enterprises, including Phoenix Artist Material. As the first batch of provincial three-star enterprises to go to the cloud, Phoenix Artist Material has realized the resource exchange and sharing at home and abroad, online and offline, and reduced the production and operation costs through enterprise management and business cloud.
Mr. Ding Jianhui, financial director of Phoenix Artist Material, introduced: since the "cloud" project was launched in 2016, Phoenix Artist Material has established a master data management system that reflects the characteristics of the industry. It defines the power and responsibility relationship and operation process of functional departments, unifies the material coding system, unifies the customer and supplier management system, realizes the business collaboration between the group and its subsidiaries and branches, and realizes the standardization and intensification of management.
After the meeting, the enterprise representatives visited the headquarters of Phoenix Artist Material, and felt the positive changes brought to the enterprise management after the enterprise went to the cloud.
