Ms. Zou Fang, deputy to the people's Congress of Binhu District, chairman of the Women's Federation of Jiangsu Phoenix Artist Material, director of Phoenix Art Museum, and general manager of Wuxi Yifeifan Culture Communication Co., Ltd., is such an outstanding woman with humanistic feelings in the new era. She is committed to the prosperity and promotion of contemporary oil painting art and the popularization and promotion of public aesthetic literacy. In her busy work and social affairs, she tries to balance her career and family, the breadth and thickness of her rich life, and interprets women's self-esteem, self-confidence and self-reliance in the new era with practical actions.

[1] Devote herself to art and education

She is an entrepreneur engaged in culture and art industry. She is also the curator of Phoenix Art Museum and the general manager of Wuxi Yifeifan Culture Communication Co., Ltd. while doing a good job in daily operation and management, she is committed to promoting the development of Chinese contemporary art and popularizing public aesthetic literacy. Since its founding more than eight years ago, Wuxi Phoenix Art Museum has successfully held more than 70 Chinese and foreign art exhibitions. It has become an academic highland of Chinese contemporary oil painting in Jiangnan and a free cultural living room for the public. Wuxi Yifeifan Culture Communication Co., Ltd., which she leads, has become a high-quality art training brand for parents in Wuxi. The innovative children's aesthetic education curriculum has been widely recognized by parents, children and school art teachers, and is known as both traditional cultural feelings and international vision; the Phoenix Art class, which aims at the training of high school art examination, has created the myth of "100% admission and 80% entrance examination students to famous schools" every year, making the students study in national key art colleges and universities including Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, Central Academy of Fine Arts, China Academy of Art, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts.
She is a "charity talent" who is keen on public welfare education. After graduating from university, she has been a people's teacher for 12 years and has special feelings for education. As early as May 2008, she and her husband, Chen Weihong, chairman of Phoenix Artist Material, went to Xincheng Town, Yingjiang County, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province to donate teaching buildings for local rural primary schools, she also served as the honorary principal of the local rural primary school in Dehong, Yunnan, and personally planned and held the painting competition. Since then, for many years, she has traveled to Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province, Huocheng of Xinjiang Province, Jiuquan of Gansu Province, qinghaiminhe of Gansu Province, and other vast areas in the central and western parts of China, sending aid funds and painting materials to local children. These funds were used to improve school buildings and hardware facilities, or to train local art teachers, which greatly improved the level of local art education. As a teacher, she deeply understands the importance of art education in enlightening and enriching the mind, she aims to improve the level of aesthetic education in economically backward areas will sow the seeds of pursuing truth, goodness and beauty in the hearts of children in mountainous areas, so that they can have the same rich and interesting souls as their peers in developed urban areas, so as to achieve real education equity.

She has never forgotten her feelings of returning to her hometown as a Wuxi native. On November 30, 2018, she helped to set up the "Phoenix Artist Material Education Fund" in Huazhuang Central Primary School, her alma mater for more than 10 years, donating RMB 2 million to encourage teachers and students of Huazhuang Central Primary School to work hard and pursue excellence.

She is a member of the Communist Party of China and has been in the party for 18 years. At ordinary times, she does her job conscientiously and sets an example to lead the team style of dedication, unity and cooperation. She always takes the lead at the critical moment. Since the pandemic in early 2020, she has actively responded to the party and government's policy and call on pandemic prevention and control. In March 2020, she was the first volunteer to donate from the Party branch of Phoenix Artist Material. In her daily work, she strictly did a good job in pandemic prevention and control. On the one hand, she pressed the "pause button" in time, resolutely implemented the closure of Phoenix Art Museum, and suspended offline teaching in Phoenix Art Training Center, thus bearing several million yuan of rent loss. On the other hand, online art exhibitions and online art education courses are actively opened by her to the public for free, so that the art crowd and children who are forced to stay at home can enjoy art as always and actively play the role of art healing. Until the Art Museum and Phoenix Art Training Center received the notice of resumption of work and were able to reopen, she personally supervised the implementation of the daily pandemic prevention and control measures.
She is a deputy to the People's Congress of Binhu District. Every year, she goes to the constituency to keep close relationship with citizens. For the problems and suggestions reflected by them, she carefully investigates and writes the proposals, and tracks the implementation, so as to promote the improvement and solution of the problems and effectively solve the problems for them. In order to better serve the citizens and integrate the performance of a representative into their daily work, she creatively set up a "NPC deputy workstation" within the enterprise to provide a "base" for the reception of citizens and the communication between deputies with the strong support of the district and sub district party working committees. In June 2020, this "NPC deputy workstation" was highly praised by Baima Chilin, vice chairman of the National People's Congress, who visited Phoenix Artist Material in person.

In the enterprise, she attaches great importance to the enthusiasm and advantages of female cadres and employees, and also pays attention to the protection of the rights and benefits of female employees. Every year, she organizes and carries out recreational and sports activities beneficial to employees. As early as 2009, she has been an active member of the Party branch and labor union of the enterprise. She plans and organizes a number of staff games, singing competitions, art lectures, tourism and other activities every year; on the international women's day on March 8 every year, she always carefully selects the gifts for the female compatriots in the enterprise. She also takes half a day off with the female employees to have a short-distance trip and outdoor barbecue; she always actively participates in the annual meeting of the enterprise, personally plans and organizes wonderful annual meeting programs, and improves the happiness of employees through rich and colorful activities.
According to the characteristics of the majority of female cadres and employees in the enterprise, she actively organized the establishment of enterprise Women's Federation. On October 14, 2019, under the guidance of the superior Women's Federation and with the strong support of the Party branch of Phoenix Artist Material, the first women's Congress of Jiangsu Phoenix Artist Material was solemnly held. Zou Fang was elected chairman of the first Women's Federation of Phoenix Artist Material. She takes the Phoenix Artist Material Women's Federation as the position, unites and leads her employees to stand on their own duties and devote themselves. It is also a volunteer service base and psychological counseling base for women comrades in Phoenix Artist Material, which shows the heroine style of modern professional women in various business fields.

As one of the outstanding women in the new era, comrade Zou Fang, like many women, has worked hard to fulfill every responsibility in life. In her life, she is also a mother, a wife, a daughter and a daughter-in-law. She carefully raises her son, takes good care of her elderly parents and mother-in-law, and wholeheartedly assists her husband in his artistic career.
